Yes. Identity verification (KYC) is required to ensure account security, comply with regulatory standards, and protect both traders and the platform. Completing the verification process helps maintain a safe and transparent trading environment.

Please follow the steps below to complete your verification:

Step 1:

Choose the upper right section, then click on My Profile

Step 2:

Click the Verify Now button. 

Step 3:

Fill out the compulsory section including first name, last name, date of birth, proof of identification (POI), ID number,  your proof of identification (POI), address, proof of address (POA). There are some things you need to notice before submitting KYC:

• In “your proof of identification”, you have to take pictures of both ID’s front and back side (For Vietnamese customers, we kindly ask that you take a selfie of your face along with the front side of your ID)
• In “your proof of address” you need to upload a picture of your driver’s license or your utility bill. 

Make sure you fill it out correctly before submitting KYC.
