The Terms & Conditions for the WeMasterTrade Bring A Friend Program are as follows:
1. What is the Bring A Friend program?
Bring A Friend is a referral program that allows existing WeMasterTrade users to invite new users to join the platform using a personal referral code.
🎁 Both the referrer and the referred user can receive rewards, including:
- Up to 30% OFF discount codes for both users
- Up to 50 USD cash reward per referred user, based on two purchase milestones ($20 Stage 1 + $30 Stage 2)
- Opportunity to earn up to 1,000 USD cash rewards through the program
Rewards are granted based on specific milestones such as trading activity, KYC verification, and package purchases.
2. Who is eligible to participate?
The program is available to:
- All existing WeMasterTrade users with a valid account
- New users who have never registered on the platform before

3. How does the referral process work?
To participate in the program:
- The referrer obtains their unique referral code from their account
- The referrer shares the code with a new user
- The referred user enters the referral code during the registration process
Once completed, the referral relationship is successfully recorded in the system.
⚠️ Important notes:
- The referral code can only be entered once during account registration
- Referral codes cannot be added, edited, or changed after account creation
4. When will rewards be granted?
Rewards are granted based on the referred user’s activities, including:
4.1. First Trading Activity (Referrer Reward)
When the referred user completes their first trade (regardless of volume), the referrer will receive:
- 1 discount code
- Typically: up to 30% OFF – valid for 30 days (values may change under BO)
4.2. Completion of KYC Verification (Referred User Reward)
After the referred user successfully completes identity verification (KYC), the referred user will receive:
- 1 discount code
- Typically: up to 30% OFF – valid for 30 days
This helps users purchase trading packages at a better cost.
⚠️ KYC status is based on identity verification and does not include NFC verification.
4.3. Activity-Based Rewards
Additional rewards may be granted when the referred user purchases trading packages and reaches predefined milestone levels.
The program includes 2 stages:
- Stage 1: When the referred user’s total purchases reach 100 USD
→ Referrer receives 20 USD - Stage 2: When the referred user’s total purchases reach 200 USD
→ Referrer receives an additional 30 USD - Maximum cash reward per referred user: $50 USD ($20 Stage 1 + $30 Stage 2)
- Maximum number of friends eligible for rewards: 20 people
- Maximum total cash reward: $1,000 USD (i.e. $50 x 20 referrals)
⚠️ Important clarification:
The referrer does not receive 50 USD immediately after inviting one friend. The 50 USD is the maximum total cash reward per referred user and is only achieved when that referred user reaches both required purchase milestones.
Case 1: KYC before purchasing
- When total purchase reaches Stage 1
→ Referrer receives 20 USD - When total purchase reaches Stage 2
→ Referrer receives an additional 30 USD
If the referred user’s total purchases reach $200 USD directly, the referrer may receive both Stage 1 and Stage 2 rewards, with a maximum total reward of $50 USD for that referred user, subject to program conditions.
Case 2: Purchase before KYC
The system will:
- Record the total purchase amount
- Once KYC is completed successfully, rewards will be calculated based on each achieved Stage
5. Referral code conditions
- The referral code can only be entered once during the registration process
- Referral codes cannot be added, edited, or changed after account creation
6. Program limitations
- Each referrer can receive cash rewards from a maximum of 20 referred users
- The maximum cash reward per referred user is 50 USD
- The maximum total cash reward per referrer is 1,000 USD, calculated as 50 USD x 20 referred users
- After reaching this limit, additional referrals will not generate further cash rewards
7. How does the system calculate and lock rewards?
When the referred user registers and enters the referral code, the system records the program configuration at that time.
This configuration includes (but is not limited to):
- Reward levels
- Stage thresholds
- Other applicable conditions
👉 This configuration is fixed (snapshot) for each referrer–referred user pair.
8. What happens if the program configuration changes?
If the program is updated in the future:
- Existing referrals will continue to receive benefits based on the configuration at the time of registration
- New referrals will follow the updated configuration
9. What is the Exceed Limit rule?
- The Exceed Limit status is a final state and will not be re-evaluated
- It is automatically applied once the referrer reaches the maximum number of rewarded referrals
- The maximum number of referred users eligible for cash rewards is 20 people
Example:
If a referrer has 10 referred users and each referred user only reaches Stage 1, the referrer will receive $200 USD in total:
- 10 referred users x $20 USD = $200 USD
This does not mean the referrer has received the full $50 USD per referred user. The remaining $30 USD per referred user will only be granted if those same referred users reach Stage 2.
If all 10 referred users later reach Stage 2, the referrer will receive an additional $300 USD:
- 10 referred users x $30 USD = $300 USD
The maximum reward per referred user is $50 USD, calculated as $20 USD from Stage 1 plus $30 USD from Stage 2.
Once the referrer has received cash rewards from 20 eligible referred users, any new referrals after that will not generate additional cash rewards under this program.
